13.1. Nature of Service and Limitation of Liability
Sang Sangini (Panigrahan Matrimonial Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.) functions strictly as an intermediary matrimonial service provider. The company’s scope of work is limited to providing matrimonial profiles, introductions, and matchmaking assistance based on the service plan chosen by the client. The company does not guarantee the acceptance of any proposal, the success of any meeting, the finalization of any engagement, or the success/stability of the subsequent marriage.
13.1. कंपनी की भूमिका एवं सेवाओं की सीमा
संग संगिनी (Panigrahan Matrimonial Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.) एक मैट्रिमोनियल सेवा प्रदाता है, जिसका कार्य ग्राहक द्वारा चयनित सेवा योजना के नियमों एवं शर्तों के अनुसार विवाह योग्य व्यक्तियों के प्रोफाइल, वैवाहिक परिचय और संपर्क संबंधी सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाना है। कंपनी किसी विशेष रिश्ते के स्वीकार होने, मुलाकात सफल होने, सगाई तय होने, विवाह संपन्न होने अथवा वैवाहिक जीवन सफल रहने की कोई गारंटी नहीं देती।

13.2. Sole Responsibility for Profile Verification
Before proceeding with any matrimonial alliance, it is the sole and absolute responsibility of the client, the candidate, and their respective families to independently verify all information provided by the other party. This includes, but is not limited to, name, age, identity, marital status, educational qualifications, employment, income, residence, family background, and criminal record check. The sharing of a profile by the company does not imply authentication or certification of the facts contained therein unless explicitly stated in writing under a specialized verification service.
13.2. प्रोफाइल एवं व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का सत्यापन
रिश्ता आगे बढ़ाने से पूर्व संबंधित युवक, युवती एवं उनके परिवार द्वारा दी गई जानकारी, जैसे नाम, उम्र, पहचान, वैवाहिक स्थिति, शिक्षा, नौकरी, व्यवसाय, आय, निवास स्थान, पारिवारिक पृष्ठभूमि, आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण तथ्यों का स्वतंत्र सत्यापन (Background Check) करना पूर्णतः ग्राहक तथा संबंधित परिवार की जिम्मेदारी होगी। कंपनी द्वारा किसी प्रोफाइल को साझा किए जाने मात्र से उसकी सभी जानकारियों के प्रमाणित होने का अर्थ नहीं निकाला जाएगा, जब तक कि किसी विशेष लिखित सत्यापन सेवा के अंतर्गत ऐसा स्पष्ट न किया गया हो।

13.3. Meetings and Matrimonial Decisions
All interactions, communications, personal meetings, background investigations, engagements, and final decisions regarding marriage shall be conducted by both parties out of their own free will and at their own independent risk. The introduction provided by the company shall not be construed as a certificate or guarantee of a person's character, behavior, financial status, or future conduct.
13.3. रिश्ता देखने से विवाह तक की जिम्मेदारी
रिश्ता देखने, संपर्क करने, बातचीत करने, व्यक्तिगत मुलाकात करने, पारिवारिक जांच-पड़ताल करने, सगाई तय करने तथा विवाह संपन्न करने से पूर्व सभी आवश्यक जांच एवं निर्णय दोनों पक्ष अपनी स्वतंत्र समझ, सहमति और जिम्मेदारी पर करेंगे। कंपनी द्वारा परिचय उपलब्ध करवाना किसी व्यक्ति या परिवार के आचरण, चरित्र, आर्थिक स्थिति अथवा भविष्य के व्यवहार की गारंटी नहीं माना जाएगा।

13.4. Financial Transactions and Wedding Arrangements
Any personal financial transactions, exchange of gifts, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, or expenses incurred during the matchmaking or wedding process shall be managed entirely by the respective parties at their own risk. The company strictly opposes and does not encourage or tolerate any illegal practice of dowry.
13.4. आर्थिक लेन-देन एवं विवाह संबंधी व्यवस्थाएं
दोनों पक्षों के बीच होने वाले निजी आर्थिक लेन-देन, उपहारों के आदान-प्रदान, विवाह आयोजन, यात्रा, होटल बुकिंग एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाओं की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित पक्षों की होगी। कंपनी किसी भी प्रकार के अवैध दहेज लेन-देन का पुरजोर विरोध करती है और इसमें शामिल नहीं है।

13.5. Disputes Arising Post-Marriage
The company shall bear no legal liability for any personal, domestic, matrimonial, criminal (including domestic violence or dowry harassment), financial, or property disputes that may arise between the couple or their families after the solemnization of marriage. However, this clause shall not affect the statutory liabilities of the company in case of proven fraud, misrepresentation, or gross negligence on its part under the applicable consumer protection laws.
13.5. विवाह के बाद उत्पन्न विवाद
विवाह संपन्न होने के बाद पति-पत्नी या उनके परिवारों के बीच उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी व्यक्तिगत, पारिवारिक, वैवाहिक, आपराधिक (जैसे घरेलू हिंसा, दहेज प्रताड़ना), आर्थिक या संपत्ति संबंधी विवादों के लिए कंपनी उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी। हालांकि, कंपनी के अपने किसी प्रमाणित गैरकानूनी कार्य या प्रमाणित सेवा में कमी के संबंध में लागू कानून के अंतर्गत निर्धारित उत्तरदायित्व प्रभावित नहीं होंगे।

13.6. Fraudulent Profiles and Legal Consequences
If any client, candidate, or their family knowingly provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or forged documents, that party shall be held solely liable. Under the Information Technology (IT) Act, creating fake profiles or impersonation is a punishable offense. The company reserves the right to terminate services and initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such individuals.
13.6. गलत जानकारी एवं कानूनी कार्रवाई
यदि किसी आवेदक, युवक, युवती अथवा उनके परिवार द्वारा जानबूझकर गलत, भ्रामक, फर्जी दस्तावेज या अधूरी जानकारी प्रदान की जाती है, तो उसके लिए संबंधित जानकारी देने वाला पक्ष ही पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार होगा। सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम (IT Act) के तहत फर्जी प्रोफाइल बनाना एक दंडनीय अपराध है और कंपनी ऐसे मामलों में कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।

13.7. Data Privacy and Security
The company will take all reasonable measures to protect the personal data and documents submitted by the client in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The client hereby grants consent to share relevant profile details with potential matches for the sole purpose of matchmaking.
13.7. गोपनीयता एवं डेटा सुरक्षा
कंपनी ग्राहक द्वारा प्रदान की गई जानकारी और दस्तावेजों को अपनी गोपनीयता नीति के अनुसार सुरक्षित रखने का प्रयास करेगी। ग्राहक यह सहमति देता है कि मैच-मेकिंग के उद्देश्य से उसकी आवश्यक प्रोफाइल जानकारी अन्य संभावित मैच के साथ साझा की जा सकती है।

13.8. Fees, Service Plan, and Refund Policy
Services will be rendered strictly in accordance with the selected plan, duration, fees, and written terms. All service fees paid are subject to the company's designated Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws.
13.8. सेवा योजना, शुल्क एवं रिफंड
कंपनी की सेवाएं ग्राहक द्वारा चयनित योजना, निर्धारित अवधि, शुल्क और लिखित नियमों के अनुसार प्रदान की जाएंगी। एक बार भुगतान किया गया सेवा शुल्क कंपनी की रिफंड नीति के अनुसार ही प्रबंधित होगा।

13.9. Dispute Resolution and Legal Jurisdiction
Any legal dispute, complaint, claim, or litigation arising out of this agreement or the services provided by the company shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bikaner, Rajasthan only.
13.9. कानूनी क्षेत्राधिकार एवं विवाद समाधान
इस अनुबंध या कंपनी की सेवाओं से उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी प्रकार के कानूनी विवाद, शिकायत या दावों की सुनवाई का एकमात्र कानूनी क्षेत्राधिकार (Jurisdiction) बीकानेर, राजस्थान की अदालतों के अधीन होगा।

14. The information of the marriage-eligible applicant is being forwarded to you strictly on the basis of details provided by the applicant. In case any fact or information is found to be false or untrue, it shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant. Furthermore, the responsibility of reaching a decision regarding marriage based on the said facts rests entirely with the other party, who shall be solely responsible and liable for making personal inquiries and independently verifying all information prior to making any decision.
14. विवाह योग्य आवेदक की जानकारी उसके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के आधार पर आगे आपको प्रेषित की जा रही है जिसमें किसी भी प्रकार का कोई तथ्य गलत या झूठ निकलने पर आवेदक की स्वयं की जिम्मेदारी होगी तथा उक्त तथ्यों पर विवाह के निर्णय तक पहुंचने की जिम्मेदारी दूसरे पक्षकार की रहेगी जिससे पूर्व वह व्यक्तिगत रूप से जानकारी लेने तथा प्राप्त जानकारी का परीक्षण करने के लिए स्वयं उत्तरदायी होगा।
Declaration and Informed Consent by the Client
I/We have carefully read and fully understood the nature of services, limitations, verification responsibilities, and all the 13 terms and conditions stated above by Panigrahan Matrimonial Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. I/We agree that from the initial matchmaking stages to the final marriage ceremony, all background checks, personal meetings, and final decisions remain our independent and absolute responsibility.
